Had some frightening symptoms asked to be seen immediately. Was seen within 1 hour. Receptionist v v helpful and kind. Denise as always helpful and informative and reassuring. Saw GP this morning, who was also reassuring. Feeling mush happier. Can't praise the receptionist enough (not Jackie - who is always great - the other lady, dark haired, short) she was so kind.
