I should have feedback earlier, I know but recently I requested an appointment with a female GP, but found out before appointment it was a man. Phoned the surgery - grumpy receptionist changed to lady GP, arrived for appointment was still on male GP list. No apology, receptionist was sullen and uncaring, even asked me what the patient's name? Young blonde receptionist intervened and apologized for confusion and tried to get me in to see lady GP, whilst working to see GP I could hear every detail of the patient in with GP, embarrassing and could read someones notes while I was talking to receptionist.

Felt very ill at the weekend, phoned surgery.
