I rang the surgery which was diverted to Buttercross, and spoke to the receptionist, explaining I am at crisis point. She put me on hold, then returned to ask me to phone again in the morning, to which I replied "okay if I'm still alive then" . She answered "okay thank you" and hung up. I can't make any constructive sugsestions for this sorry. *I have had to star the questions asked even though they are not relevant, so that my comment will be accepted.
