The Reception Staff are always friendly and approachable and while appreciating there are obviously finite resources, in my experience they do their best to accommodate you - have seen them go out of their way, including getting through to a doctor to squeeze in the worried mother of a sick child. All the Doctors and Nurses, including the Diabetic Specialist Nurse, have always been first rate - our family has been using this Practice and its local predecessors for almost 50 years and never had a problem.

I find it almost impossible to get an appointment. As someone who has a full time job and works in central London, I can only really do early or late appointments. If I call at 8am as soon as the practice opens (as I am told I can only book on the day), I regularly find that there is still nothing available for the end of the day - I am already at work by 8, the morning is no longer possible. I then ask about booking for the next day, to be told to ring back as I can only book on the day. In almost every case I have had to end up taking an early Saturday morning appointment. I am now looking in to other local surgeries as this is just pointless if I cannot get to see a GP when I am ill.
