We have only been with the surgery for about 9 months and I have to say the service has been fantastic. We have only had to see nurses there so far who are lovely and receptionists are really nice, friendly and helpful. Today however, I had to call the doctor out for my 89 year old mother and I can now add that this doctor was also really nice, very friendly, and thorough. All too often the elderly are dismissed but he seemed so caring. Well done Greensward Surgery, so impressed with your service.

Came back from holiday feel a bit under the weather went down to the surgery for the first time. Although all the doctors were fully booked for that day I was offered an appointment for the very next day with the Registrar, Dr Arkus. After explaining my symptoms Dr Arkus gave me two letters for urgent blood test and chest X-ray and insisted that I go first thing in the morning. Dr. Arkus telephoned and asked that I go to the hospital again for a more in depth blood test. Within three days I was diagnosed and given appropriate treatment. I again visited the surgery to speak with Doctor Arkus and was given an appointment for an hour and half later, Dr Arkus answered all my questions as the Doctor at the hospital had not the time to answer. I cannot thank Dr Arkus enough, my condition could have been devastating. The quick and decisive way Dr Arkus acted gave me confidence that I will be well taken care of by the surgery

Booked in for a routine blood pressure check up,no fuss,very pleasant and efficient nurse .I then booked a blood test without any fuss at all,staff all very pleasant and efficient.

I have visited the surgery twice during the last week and on both occasions received nothing but exceptionally good treatment starting with extremely helpful receptionists and ending with the very professional and good humoured treatment from the doctors and the nurse I saw for blood tests. The nurse who relieved me a couple of pints of my blood kept apologising for things that were of no fault of hers. I would be very happy to highly recommend Greensward Surgery to anyone needing medical care. I can think of nothing that I would wish to change and wish Dr. Kuriakose and his team all success and continue with us for many years to come.

I have been a patient at this surgery since I was a small child and have seen many changes in both the premises and staff over the years, the one thing that has always been consistent is the level of care given by all those at the surgery, whether clerical, nursing or doctors, the emphasis has always been about the patients well being. It is very reassuring to know that where your health is concerned, you can have complete confidence that you will get the best care possible. Thank you on behalf of myself and my family.
