We have had a couple of issues with my daughters prescriptions but the reception team have been very helpful and have sorted any issues out immediately. They recommend online access for ordering scripts and booking appointments which is much easier and quicker to do. I would say the clinical and reception/ admin team do a remarkable job considering all the pressures they meet on a daily basis.
