I am totally utterly disappointed at the way I have been treat in regards to my prescription for my Haelan Tape. I AM IN SERIOUS PAIN WITH MY FEET WHEN THEY START TO SPLIT AND ONLY THING THAT GIVES ME EASY IS THIS TAPE. I WAS PRESCRIBED THIS BY THE HOSPITAL. On the 4th July I order the prescription and pick it up on the 6th July I Went to pick a prescription for a lot of things and found that my tape was just one 50cm box. It was supposed to be 10 x 20cm because the pharmacy can only order this instead of the 50 cm or 200cm. The reception told me that the pharmacy had ok it and it was done wrong. I left it with her and she said she would re-order and make sure that it would be 10x 20cm. I left it until today which is the 18th July 2016 to pick up the correct prescription only to find again this has been done wrong again. They had one for 1x20cm and one for 4x 20cm instead of 10 x20cm . To make matters worse the doctor on call was not prepared to correct the mistake without even explaining her reasons why. If she bother to read my notes she would of seen that I need this tape. She wanted a telephone conversation and tried to get one but told the times were while I was at work. Have to wait until Monday 25th July 2016 to get an appointment AFTER AN APPOIINMENT WITH THE PODERISTY FOR MY FEET. YOU WOULD THING THAT THEY WERE PAYING OUT OF THEIR OWN POCKET FOR MY PRESCRIPTIONS. After this appointment going to look for another doctors. I
