Once you get an appointment you cannot fault the service or staff. All are lovely and helpful. I have never felt rushed and if you have a genuine problem the doctors will not rush you out, like so many others. (Obviously you should try to stick to your allotted time.)

Suggested improvements
My only gripes are the availability of appointments, which are too far away and the phones should not be answered if no one can speak to you. I wasted 45 minutes of my limited phone minutes today, listening to the awful and constant, messages and losing my minutes. If the phones are busy, have an engaged signal and we can keep trying. Please stop having robots answering and keeping us waiting for ages.
