Everyone was very kind, professional and helpful, from the very caring telephone receptionist who arranged a telephone appointment with Amy, the GP's assistant. The appointment that afternoon with Amy, and followed up with Dr. Woodhams, was professional and personal, with expert care and attention given by both. They took care to give clear explanations, and were thoroughly pleasant and caring, and I greatly appreciated their sense of humour. Thank you to everyone at The Glebe.

Everything was fine
The best thing was the nurse I saw, she was lovely kind and attentive

Don’t understand why you have to go to billingshurst surgery to have ears cleaned out when storrington surgery is the size of a small hospital.
Now I have to be referred and waiting isn’t nice when you are in pain and discomfort
I used to go to storrington Glebe surgery and just get my ears syringed no problem

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. I understand it is frustrating when we cannot provide a service ourselves and you need to be referred elsewhere. Unfortunately, despite the size of the building, we cannot offer all the extra services we would like to. However, we are lucky to be part of a very supportive PCN (Primary Care Network) and between the surgeries, we will offer services to each other's patients where appropriate. We are very grateful to the team at Billingshurst for allowing our patients to be seen for micro-suction and are confident that, despite the wait, you will have a positive experience with them.

The male receptionist was very ‘switched on’ and helped enormously in juggling my two consecutive appointments on that day, to minimise waiting time and utilise gaps with other staff.
Doctor Sarah was diligent and thoughtful, fully explaining the next stages.
