I was given a phone consultation two weeks ahead which was fine as it was not an emergency and I only needed advice on/and repeat prescriptions.

Manage to see a dr the same day

At this stage there is nothing that could have been done better. Everything worked well and I am happy with the level of care and service received

Booking process easy, staff pleasant and professional

The surgery staff are professional and the booking process is straightforward. My concerns are around the medical appointment itself, I don’t believe this is the forum to share those concerns

Glebe surgery provides a really good service.

Nothing really. Of course it would be great to be offered quicker appointments but that is done if it’s urgent.

Had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment

Sooner appointment would have been better. Felt very rushed - Dr was 15 mins late seeing me then tried to end appointment after 10 minutes. The appointment was extremely important to me and I desperately needed to cover all the issues I had. Being hastened away was not what I needed. Otherwise, advice is excellent as ever with this GP.
