After an early phone call I was grateful to be given a prompt phone interview followed by a checkup at the surgery soon after. All of my queries were answered about my current medication and appropriate therapy.

I attended for a blood sample and blood pressure test. Both were effortless and punctual and carried out in a friendly manner.

My GP was efficient and thorough. I had to wait a very short time to be called. Receptionist was helpful and pleasant.i

Not at this appointment. I also had bloods taken without a prior appointment and was seen quickly.

The appointment was made within a short time, I received a text reminder the day before the appointment, which is a big plus for me with bad memory. The booking in system was very good by touchscreen with clear instructions in surgery. The Dr was prompt for the appointment and fully explained the risks and benefits of the steroid injections which I received in both shoulders, they were very quick and pretty much pain free.
