All staff at the Glebe were very helpful and efficient from making the appointment to seeing the doctor. I am glad to see the return of face to face appointments with your own doctor.

There was no rush for this appointment so a wait of 2 weeks was no problem. It’s difficult not to compare the situation now with how easy it was to get an appointment, within days, as used to be the case.

Nothing could have been done better. Amy the nurse is exceptional - she explained very clearly, was charming, professional and warm.

I saw the nurse for blood test & ECG on 28th Sept she was lovely , very friendly very professional. I have nothing but praise for her. My Wife Ann & I had our flu jab on Sat 7th October, all went very well . Very well organised, nothing but praise for the Glebe surgery.

Was very busy, everyone waiting in line and it kept moving. So well organised The stewards called us in to join another line Then called in by the medical staff for my flu jab

Just a busy surgery So for face to face had to wait a week

Just quicker face to face if really needed Phone appointments good and more avaialable but the wait for a face to face you sometimes just need is too long
