Receptionist gave advice on course of action to take for recurrent UTI. A telephone consultation was booked when I explained my symptoms and I received a call from Doctor in the afternoon, however I missed the call but a message was left explaining that Prescription for antibiotics had been sent to Pharmacy.
Suggested improvements
Unfortunately I missed the call from Doctor explaining course of treatment but would have liked to discuss choice of antibiotics as I have had some that did not clear infection. Otherwise everything was deLt with efficiently.

Agreed with receptionist for a phone consultation between 11:00 and 12:0. Call finally came at 12:50!

The doctor was extremely friendly and explained patiently and carefully results if rests and next step forward

Had telephone call with my doctor within the time schedule and overall from ringing for appointment to speaking to doctor excellent service. Thank you
