The phone appointment on Tuesday 14th was cancelled at 5pm previous Friday (due to a doctor "meeting" unavoidable)and I rescheduled for 4 June ... not very happy. Then at 4pm on 13th May appointment reinstated without proper consultation, since by this time I had made arrangements elsewhere for 14th So doctor ends up ringing me twice on 14th when I'm am not available. Complaint has been issued to surgery
