I was on the phone for over half an hour waiting to book my appointment but I do acknowledge that it was a Monday morning and I needed an urgent appointment so waited.
Suggested improvements
I have shingles and I cannot understand why my age group is not eligible for a vaccination - it is very frustrating and no doubt it is due to funding
