I was initially declined a Nurse appointment 02 May pm although I had been bleeding from a surgical wound which had been bleeding for 36 hours. It had been dressed by Nurse 02 May morning at 09:30. I contacted 111 and St Richard’s Eye Clinic also called me. Glebe contacted me mid afternoon with a nurse appointment at 4:50. This time to my relief the wound was dry and redressed by Nurse Jenny. I am very happy with Glebe Medical staff but getting through the first hurdle of reception is difficult at times. It feels as if it were more ‘box ticking’ and less ‘compassionate triage’ Thank you.
