Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We started keeping the lift and stairs separate during the pandemic as a way of keeping staff and vulnerable patients separate. Although this is something we have continued to do, we know that some patients do not like the lift, and you are welcome to use the stairs. If you need help finding them, or have any other queries please speak to a receptionist. As this site is anonymous feedback we are unable to look into specific issues based on the information we get.
