It is often difficult to get to the front of the telephone queue and the advice is to book an appointment on line through the website. I tried that and the website told me to phone the surgery? When I was connected to reception the staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient.

The nurse/Practitioner whe dealt with my blood test was excellent and we discussed the possibility of combining my PSA blood test with my Cholesterol.
