The Doctor was running 45 mins late, no apology, didn't listen to my problem, was dismissive and said she would do a referral, which she said will take a couple of years...
Suggested improvements
Stop being complacent about your clients, it is apparent that we are seen as a nuisance, esp those of us over 70.
