I called up and spoke to Harry, who is always fantastic and helpful, I always hope to speak to Harry, as he is (in my opinion) the best receptionist I have ever encountered in any setting, always going above and beyond. I then had a call from a trainee, who was very cheery and polite and asked alot of questions to try and determine the issue. I then had another call from the duty GP who was also great and helpful. Luckily the issue was not of any concern, although I was advised to call again if it got worse. The call was about my daughter, who was at school, but had told me the issue which I passed on and it was all sorted without having to take her in, thankfully.

Suggested improvements
The only thing you could do better, is clone Harry and have lots of him working on the reception desk.
