I had time to talk over the shingles vaccination AND the nurse confirmed that my doctor was happy for me to have this non-live version. I have had no real side effects I would bother with. All good today - maybe tad headachey and sore arm but not worth mentioning really.

I am not a regular visitor to the surgery but on the few times I have needed attention there have been no problems at all with either getting a same day appointment or a phone call. When I compare this with some stories of other practices I feel we’re very lucky to have the Glebe.

The car park is in a mess. I know there is unavoidable work going on right now but it would be good to open up the staff car park temporarily until things are sorted.

Senior nurse Nicola Middleton was friendly, receptive, inquisitive, proactive and provided a solution to the problem.

The role of senior nurses should be promoted more often.
