Can never get an appointment with the surgery. They are unhelpful and have given the wrong advice several times. When my 3 year old son came out of surgery and I needed a prescription sorted that morning it took until 5pm that afternoon to sort it out meaning my son has missed a whole day of antibiotics when he's had his adanoids removed which help fight infection so he is at the highest risk of infection yet this didn't seem to concern the doctors or receptionists at all and their lunch was more important then helping my son. They have several times told me to go to weymouth walk in centre who are fantastic and have seen me and my family even when they shouldn't but due to understanding how unhelpful royal manor healthcare are they agreed to see us. This doctors is awful and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone especially if they needed help with an ongoing problem. The doctors like to pass off everything onto someone else or blame it on a previous problem, for example my partner has fibromyalgia and when she went in because she was having awful earache they blamed it on fibromyalgia without even looking in her ears. She then went down to portland minor injuries where she was given a 14 day course of antibiotics because she had an awful inner ear infection and was told if it had got much worse she may have preferated her ear drum
