The doctors at this surgery are first class, if you can manoeuvre past the receptionists. They seem to think it's their owb time you are booking. They have a system where you either have to book a week in advance or call at 9am to book an urgent appointment for the day, which is almost impossible to do. You get through the waiting calls only to be told at 09.02 that all appointments have been taken. Even when you have been trying to get an appointment for a 7 months old baby they have no compassion whatsoever. It is a joke of a surgery. Once again I must state that this is not the doctors but the reception.
