I've been part of this surgery for around a year; my repeat meds get approved in usually 24 hours, my econsult requests are responded to the same day or next day if its later, and I can get an appointment quite easily. My gp manages my conditions very well and listens to me, taking into account what I feel and think.
Sometimes there's a wait on calls but I just call back later or wait. Lots of illnesses are still around so can't expect there to be no queue when calling.
Everyone is super friendly, and I've always had a good experience here ☺️ thanks all!
