I despair about Florence Road surgery, today I tried 21 times to get through to a receptionist by phone. I was cut off, stuck in a queue, it just pains me writing about how frustrating it is to contact the surgery by phone. I asked to speak to the Practice Manager but was cut off.... I think the Surgery needs a complete rethink and retraining on Call Handling and Customer Service. There are an awful lot of admin staff but no appointments. Things seem to be getting worse.
