Came here fairly regularly and the receptionists are always so friendly and helpful.
Dr Luscombe has seen me as a patient for just under 20 years. All the best wishes to him in retirement.
One of the nurses - first door on the left was easy to talk to and reassured me not to be embarrassed.

Always lovely receptionists, kind and caring doctors but the wait to get through on the phone to make an appointment is ridiculous.
Never less than 5 minutes and very often 10-15 mins.
Often 6th or 8th in the queue.

Despite calling early and being second in the queue I can never get an appointment at the surgery. There needs to be a better patient/doctor ratio.
