Through to reception in under a minute and speaking to a GP within 5 minutes. Advice was provided and an appointment given for the next morning. A visit to FGH followed the appointment for clinical follow up as directed. This is not an isolated incident, the care and service provided is always fast, caring and courteous. I recommend this practice to everyone as I have never felt as though I am being 'pushed through' something I very much value and appreciate. Thank you all.
