Share review of The Enterprise Practice
Whilst the staff are helpful, you are always made to wait at least an hour before you're seen. Appointments are very difficult to obtain by phone because all appointment ls will be taken up in person half an hour before the telephone lines open. Once you do get an appointment, they are meant to last 10 mins, and each patient is given a 10 minute slot but in reality, some patients run over and doctor does not have any time in between patients, so inevitably the appointments get delayed. For those of us working, this is frankly unacceptable. A change to the process is needed. Don't expect us to turn up on time when you can't keep to it. It's hypocritical. If you find patients take too long or you need time in between, schedule appointments less frequently. Do not create an expectation which you cannot fulfill.
