Had to take my son to drs a few times now. Hasn't taken to long to get through on the phone, not as bad as in past years. The receptionists I've spoke to have also been very helpful and made me a suitable appointment on the day. They also seem much happier and friendlier which is nice. Also so far we haven't had to wait long at all to see the doctor which is great when you have an inpatient son. So far this year, I can't fault the surgery at all. All in all it has been a nice experience at each visit.
