fortunately I don't need to go to see the GP often but have a parent who is under the care of The Elms Medical practice. They are always so kind and understanding whenever we contact them, which recently has been a lot. Nothing is too much trouble. Particularly the Lady who deals with my fathers prescriptions I have to contact her regularly as his medication is changed frequently. She is so helpful always kind and understanding and she is always so patient. I know how busy they are but nothing is too much trouble.
