I'm disappointed in Dunstan Partnership. I remember talking with 2 doctors from this practice about wanting to go for some tests and seeing a gynecologist because I'd been having severe abdominal pain for a couple of years. One of them said it was normal, the other one said he could help and just gave me painkillers. I moved to another GP and was referred for tests. The test was bad and I've been diagnosed with something. What they found could have been averted if only the doctors at dunstan partnership were proactive. Unfortunately, I can't type the name of the Doctors. The Doctors are always quick to dismiss or round up their session. The worst was when Doctor H sent me an email address to process my referral myself. Ideally the referral is suppose to come from the Doctor. I regret registering at this practice as it severely cost me my health. I only had a good experience with the MSK department and the nurses. I will forever blame the Doctors at Dunstan partnership for not being there for me.

Suggested improvements
Your doctors need to stop being lazy and should be proactive. They should listen to the patients and the symptoms or complaints they have.
