It may not be easy to get an appointment. Unless on the off chance like I did tonight. However, once you get one and go round the staff are just so lovely. Helpful and chatty. They always chat and make u feel at ease. It's the answering of the phones that could improve. As its not always easy to go round and wait. But that the only thing wrong. As a whole I love this surgery and all the staff and so do my children.

Suggested improvements
The only thing is answering the phones for appointments. Unless like tonight when the receptionist who was just so funny with me ( in a good way) we laughed the whole way through. And she managed to have an appointment last min. I just wish it was that easy all the time. But I'm not sure how they can improve as they are busy. And when it comes to my babies double appointment every month they are amazing.
