Moving to the area, there was little choice of GP surgery’s available, my preferred choice was not taking on new patients so I was forced to register with The Cottons. I can’t write about each specific occasion but what I will say is that the reception team severely let down their medical practictioners. How long can you continue to offer a rude, untimely, unskilled reception service and hide behind either your short staffed, your busy, you have new staff in training. All, i am sure are true but that is your issue to resolve not an ongoing reason for customers to have to be faced with an appaling service. If you have a choice, register elsewhere.
