Sometimes you have to push to through reception advising how serious your condition is
Suggested improvements
Practice manager maybe to see if certain illnesses have increased like womens gynae cancer and introduce a patient wellbeing forum.
Also if you have an embarrassing condition to be able to speak to the receptionists quietly and not having to explain yourself whilst other patients are waiting to book in. Maybe the patient could ask to write it down.
