I had an appointment on Tuesday 10th October at 2.30pn. The appointment was cancelled because e the doctor was off sick. I was told (in the text) to call at 11am to rebook. When I called at 11am there was a prerecorded message saying no more calls could be put in the queue and I had to call back. I tried again yesterday and again today and the phone just rang.
Suggested improvements
Called me to rebook my appointment l. I waited three Weeks for this appointment and it was cancelled and now I can’t get a new one.
