Felt like as soon as I walked in they wanted to get rid of me as quickly as possible. (Not the first time this has happened at this surgery)
Don't know whever it's to do with age or what but every time I use Mountbatten house surgery it's just get in and get out. Seems that they are not interested unless you are under 18 or over 65.
Almost as if they're not even listening to what I have to say.
How many more times have I got to go here and get ignored. Suppose Il just have to wait until I'm 65 to get any sort of care.

I am very happy with the level of care offered by both the doctor and the nursing staff. My condition needs weekly visits to the surgery and I have been constantly impressed by the helpfulness of the staff.

I was surprised at the extra care I was given at the surgery regarding extreme pain as I did not have to go to the hospital for this treatment.
