In this occasion my case was prioritised taking symptoms in to consideration which I found very thoughtful. During the 40 min wait I was assured where I was on the queue. This is a very busy medical centre and not all rooms have the same space and facilities Room No 7 is probably the smallest where Duty Dr has to accommodate all of his kit and computers etc. hence the feeling that the room is very congested. Given the limited space and facilities I believe Dr do try their best. Reception is friendly and try their best to handle the calls though some callers are seem to be abusive and create stress for the reception staff.. At the end some calls some staff had a tiring stressful impact. Yet they try to move as good as possible to next patient or caller.
