I don't like this practice. They never have appointments available, you can't get referral or tests. Doctors are always changing. Data are getting missing. Waiting area is dirty, seats unsafe. Usually you hear "you're fine" and then patients end up in hospital where they can be properly checked and diagnosed. Reception staff give you different information.
I would change the practice if only any other would accept patients from outside the catchment area.
