It was a telephone call with the doctor, but when I booked it the receptionist was very helpful.

I can't fault the surgeries helpfulness at what has been a stressful time and would like to thank everyone. Previous to being diagnosed I found it difficult to get appointments, often not being able to get through on the busy lines

Given the current climate and lack of balance between nhs practitioners and admin/ managers I regard our arundel surgery as a triumph over madness

In a perfect world- or Australia, where this would be normal…. The second opinion being sought on my behalf would have take place next door to my appointment and within the hour after my initial appointment. Ps I don’t identify with female, I was born as one.
