The receptionist was very friendly and efficient. I got a same day appointment to see the skin specialist and got very prompt and clear advice from her.

I and other members of my family have found it very difficult to get past some of the receptionists and I do not wish to discuss my problems /symptoms with a non-medical person. When I knew I was going to be late for an appointment and telephoned to let the surgery know the information was not passed on so that when I arrived I had been marked as a “no show “and I consequently waited over fifteen minutes to see the nurse. The appointment was fairly pointless as it was a blood pressure check after an operation and I check my own box regularly..

Try to be more helpful .My daughter needed a repeat prescription for a child that was away on holiday and found the receptionist extremely unhelpful so that eventually they registered with a doctor in the holiday location and got a n appointment and a prescription within a day.
