I did an econsult so my interaction was all online - apart from the call I received from Dr Thornton-Smith.
In the call we discussed my symptoms and agreed on a course of treatment together which I thought was excellent.
Suggested improvements
It took several days from my econsult input to receiving an actual call although I soon heard that the call would be diarised
