It is easy to get an appointment by telephone (which is good being able to speak to someone) but it is not easy to get an appointment in less than 2/3 weeks.
I saw Matt at the surgery and he was very helpful and friendly - why isn't his name on the list of people to give a review for?

It would be useful to have a clock in the surgery
