My appointment was with Dee Riley, healthcare student access role
Throughout the appt. with a smile.
Put me at ease to record my first ever ecg, and her blood sampling skills technique were spot on
Before recently retiring i taught venepuncture.
Efficient and professional, Dee is a credit to the surgery team.
Suggested improvements
I returned the call from the surgery to book my appointment for the ecg and blood test.
The messages before speaking to someone were a little longwinded and with a quiet voice. Maybe a little louder next time the message is updated would be helpful.
