As usual, a First class experience. The only failure is in getting simple questions answered from a senior medical staff member. To have my simple question answered meant booking a phone slot some two weeks in advanced. By then, I could have had the procedure done and dusted privately. Using simple emails to inform of Surgery actions would reduce the number of phone calls and save much time for everyone.
