The Doctors at the surgery are amazing but trying to get an appointment is extremely hard! If you work full time (as I do), it is hard to be able to ring the clinic at the required time to get a same-day appointment. It is also difficult to attend an appointment as the clinic is only open till 6.30pm & not at all on the weekends. I work from 8.30am to 5.30pm and commute 1.5hrs each way. There are never enough same day appointments available either which is even more distressing when you are unwell. I do however find the on-line appointment booking useful, but this is only if you know in advance that you require to see a Dr. The only let-down of the on-line process is that on numerous occasions I have found my contraceptive pill NOT on the repeat prescriptions list, so I am unable to request it this way. "The Pill" is obviously a medication that patients will require monthly/quarterly so I do not understand why these are not automatically on the repeat list. Dr Badger & Dr DeCosta are fabulous and Tracey Moon on reception always does her best to help everyone.
