Your receptionist today (with the lovely eyelashes) is lovely. I observed her with other patients and appears to be respectful and also cheerful, not many receptionists are like this and can treat you as a hindrance rather than a person who keeps them in a job.
The purpose of my visit was to have blood tests. I waited approx 45 minutes. The guy who took my blood was absolutely lovely!
