I don't know how appointments to see the GP, I actually want to see, can be better managed but 3-4 weeks wait is not acceptable Trying to get through on the phone 8,30am onwards is a nightmare. Being able to "turn up" if you have an urgent problem appears to be good, although I have not had to use it. However when I do get to see Dr de Costa I am very happy with the care and attention as when seeing other GP's and Nurse Practitioners.
