Good: Able to discus concerns prior to treatment being given. Friendly medical members of staff. Improved: I'd written my concerns in advance of meeting and it did not look like these had been investigated prior to meeting, meaning a 2nd appointment needed. Though I'd given enough time for this and staff member more than willing to contact me to arrange this.
