I have been in there care for quite some time. Getting appointment under there care is a challenge, as for example you have an infection or an allergy. 10/10 of the times there are no GPS and when you actualy get an appointment your talking around 6-8 months, not even fabricated or ring everday, or still walk in centre. Repeat perscription is beyond a joke there as well. My last medication took them almost 8 weeks for them to finaly or should I relaberate a triage nurse and out of hours GP to get my medication back, which caused considerable health relapse. I have considered in changing GP`s but with my current situation i`m unfornatly hanging on.

Suggested improvements
Get more care into pratice and stop palming off people who are needing help. If this was a business your budget would be clinging on single digits. We are sick patients who are needing your and your practice help and would like be to treated with care, respect and dignity. The receptionists seriously need retraining, because so far all I have recieved from them is zero help and zero willpower.
