I have had a problem since 27th December 23. I have found if you want treatment for the same complaint, I have found it much easier to treat myself by getting the medication off the internet. AMAZON or EBAY. This is because it is normally delivered the next day. Much quicker than waiting for a doctor's appointment.

Suggested improvements
Allow patients to book appointments instead of telling receptionists what the problem is. As they have not got a clue what the patient wants as the receptionists are not trained medically or clinically.
